In case you haven’t seen the score yet, the Tigers won 27-10.

The first win feels great.
The offense played a better game than they did against North Shore and The Woodlands. The Tigers did have a turnover late (interception), but it wasn’t a bad play by the QB Parker Ray. The receiver was wide open at the first down marker but fell down. If Jon Barnette (FB) [...]

I am opting out of the usual post-game review because their really isn’t much to say. The scoreboard is self-explanatory. I’d rather focus my energy on looking at the path in front us now, and where we might go from a strictly football point of view.

Film night had a strong turnout, and there were even a few “former” Tiger parents in attendance. The goal sheet, as one would imagine, was pretty ugly for this one (0 offense goals, 1 defense goal, 1 kicking game goal). The teams started by running their pre-game routines. The controlled portion of the scrimmage lasted about two hours. I don’t know the exact format, but each team basically ran two possessions on offense and then switched to defense.
